This 60-minute class is open to all ages, and is designed for those who need extra balance and support through their practice. Perfect for older individuals, this yoga class begins seated, moves to standing, and then ends seated. Modifications are easily made if standing is too difficult. Benefiting the body and mind, this class will work wonders on your yoga inspired self.
